1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of online courses and other digital products created by Daniela Mrosková (hereinafter referred to as the “Instructor”).

The sale of online courses is facilitated by We Learn Consulting DMCC, Mazaya Business Avenue BB2, Office 4202, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai (hereinafter referred to as “WeLearn”), which acts as the seller and issues tax documents. The Instructor is responsible for providing the instruction, course content, and professional support.

By purchasing an online course, the Customer confirms that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract

An order is placed by completing and submitting the order form.

The purchase agreement is concluded upon receipt of payment for the order.

After successful payment, the Customer will receive an email containing access details for the membership area on the Kajabi platform.

3. Price and Payment Terms

The price of the course is stated on the relevant sales page.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered by WeLearn.

The tax document is issued by WeLearn.

4. Course Access

Access credentials are intended exclusively for one user.

The Customer is not permitted to:

share their access credentials with any third party;
provide access to the course content to any third party;
copy or distribute videos, worksheets, or other course materials;
make recordings for the purpose of further distribution.

If unauthorized sharing is detected, access to the course may be terminated without compensation.

5. Copyright

All course materials are protected by copyright.

By purchasing the course, the Customer obtains a non-exclusive license to use the materials solely for their personal purposes.

Without the Instructor’s prior written consent, the Customer may not further distribute, sell, or make the content available to any third party.

6. Digital Content

The online course constitutes digital content provided via the Internet.

Access to the course will be made available to the Customer without undue delay following receipt of payment.

7. Withdrawal from the Contract

The Instructor provides a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee for online courses, beginning on the date access to the course is provided.

If the Customer determines during this period that the course does not meet their expectations, they may request a refund by email at [email protected]

The money-back guarantee may only be claimed if, at the time the refund request is submitted, the Customer has completed no more than 30% of the course content, as determined by the records maintained by the Kajabi educational platform.

If these conditions are met, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

This money-back guarantee is provided voluntarily and is in addition to the Customer’s statutory consumer rights under generally applicable laws and regulations.

8. Complaints

If the course cannot be made available due to reasons attributable to the provider, or if the content contains significant technical defects, the Customer may submit a complaint.

Complaints will be handled without undue delay and, in any event, within the period prescribed by applicable law.

9. Liability

The Instructor is responsible for the professional accuracy of the course content as of the date on which it is published.

The online Czech language courses offered by the Seller are intended for educational purposes in the field of Czech language learning and personal language development and constitute guidance and recommendations only. The Seller shall not be held liable in any way for the Customer’s success or failure when applying the course content in practice. The Customer’s results depend, among other things, on their prior knowledge, level of engagement, opportunities, and other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

10. Final Provisions

The Instructor reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to these Terms and Conditions. For contracts that have already been concluded, the version of the Terms and Conditions effective at the time the order was placed shall always apply.
